Role Summary:

- Ensure prompt and professional communication through email, phone, and chat platforms.
- Collaborate with the company’s director to resolve service-related challenges.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, or related fields.
- 3+ years of experience in customer service management, preferably in logistics or courier services.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in customer service software and tools.
